Be a good listener because coaches’ natural instinct is you want to help

Sometimes keep your mouth shut and maybe later on you can bring it what you want to explain. That’s probably what I learnt most.

I learned when to keep my mouth shut, even to bite my tongue, because I thought, okay, it’s time to say something.

Listen to your player and think before you say because sometimes you can do more harm than good
