It has become a lot less important for me how long a Tennis Player has played tennis, or how good their level is. I have realized during my very short career that having the best players have been too big of a focus for me.

As time has passed, I have realized that it has become more important for me to work with the best people over the best players. I care about the character & the desire to improve & I look as much on the inner- as the outer score card.
