Tennis is an individual sport when players compete, but at all other times the players are surrounded by a team.

No matter how formal or informal a players team is, the environment that is created around the player, is a determining factor in the player’s growth rate as a person & as player.

If negativity, excuses and poor punctuality are not addressed by the members of the team, they will hijack the environment & shape it in an undesirable way.
