I clearly remember a Norwegian Colleague of mine telling me the exact words above at my first ever European Championships as a Coach. He told me that one of the biggest mistakes & waste of time that he had made in his coaching career was trying to convince Young Tennis Players to go that extra mile & to constantly look for ways in which to improve.

I’m not really sure how much I bought into Aslak”s wise words at first, but as years go by his words become more & more true for me.
