Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Do the things you know you should be doing even when you don’t feel like it.
Make it a habit to push yourself extra hard when you don’t feel like it in practice, or go take that run early in the morning when it is dark, cold & raining. Because it is exactly in those moments when you are the most uncomfortable, you will develop the most if you dare to face tough challenges.
If you on the other hand back down every time you face tough situations on & off the practice court both as a Tennis Player but also as a person, you will most likely crumble under pressure in match situations as well.
