To help a Tennis Players we need to pick their brain, get to know how they tick, how to best communicate with them & get our messages across.

We can be the most knowledgeable coaches in the world but if we can’t figure out a way to get our messages across to the player right in front of us it really doesn’t matter.

As coaches we need to remember not only to improve our knowledge about the game of tennis but also prioritize time to improve our interpersonal skills & explore how we can communicate more effectively with different kinds of players on & off the court.
