When we try to learn as coaches we have to go into as specific details as possible, but it’s a whole different story when we are then trying to relate our information to the players we are working with.

1) Pretend you have a max amount of words pr. lesson (choose wisely)
2) Use metaphors to get your message across
3) Remember that no one size fits all – individualize your wording
