If you walk by something that is not up to the standards you wish to create in your tennis environment, you have created a new lower standard.

The responsibility we have got as Tennis Coaches & thereby Cultural Leaders is immense. The players in any High Performance Tennis Environment need to know what is expected of them & if a Coach doesn’t speak up when a player is not meeting those requirements it is the same as accepting the behaviour.

Inconsistent standards will lead to a poor environment where the opportunity for player growth will be limited significantly for as well the excuse makers & the hard working committed players.

Consistent standards will lead to a nightmare for excuse makers & they will naturally leave the program whereas the committed hard working players will get the opportunity to grow exponentially.
