Players develop in the environment we create for them, with the values we intentionally/unintentionally teach them by our own daily acts.

We need to be very wise in the way we go about how we behave on & off the court. As a Tennis Coach we are also a Cultural Leader in the environment that will shape the players that are part of it. If we e.g. wants the players to pay attention to the warm up, WE need to pay attention to the warm up as well.

We need to ask ourselves:

1) What can I do to facilitate an environment in which the players have the opportunity to develop the values that I wish them to develop both as a person & as a player
