A lot of tennis players have told me that they are low on self confidence & they need to get the feeling back before they can perform to their best once again.

I believe that you need to be courages before you even have the opportunity to get the feeling of being self-confident.

Courage is not being fearless but being scared & doing something anyway.

If you act courageously & you perform well in matches you might just receive the bonus of getting the feeling of high self confidence back.

When you are low on the feeling of self-confidence remember that it all starts with being courageously enough to do what is necessary on the practice court & in deciding situations during match play.
