Sometimes a seed will not even flower even though it has the best possible opportunities for growth.

Coaches don’t make players, coaches create an environment for players to grow & the parents provide the kids with an opportunity to be in an environment, where they have all they need to grow.

The players need to find a way to position themselves within the environment, so they have the biggest opportunity of growth. They need to take advantage of the strengths of the environment & at the same time compensate for the weaknesses.

BUT, no matter how great the environment is & how long the parents, provide the opportunity to be in the environment, the drive & the determination to grow has got to come from within the player.

Ultimately, it is players that make players.
